Community College to State Schools to Community College to UC. Took additional classes at Community College before my Masters and did field school for additional archaeological and laboratory experience. Also, numerous internships.

Advice: Going to college doesn’t guarantee a job or money or a better life. You gotta work for it! Always!

Start networking early! Get to know your instructors, they may help you in ways that can make a huge difference in life. I am a HUGE proponent of community college first and then transferring to a university. Better education, better cost.
